Here at Lake Anna’s newest wedding venue, we perfectly combine rustic and elegance!

We welcome the opportunity to share our renovated 1850s barn with you and those you treasure most on your special day. Belle Acres estate encompasses 10 acres with a charming farmhouse, quaint farm animals, and picturesque views. There’s plenty of space for parking and fun activities.

Hold your ceremony under our shady 200-year-old oak trees, under our renovated barn rafters, under the open country sky with one of our custom back arches, or other option of your choosing. Guests can get cozy near the warmth of a fire under our gazebo!

Let your guests play croquet, Connect 4, bocce ball, or other games, while the happy couple has pictures taken on our swing built for two. Then take a short ride with your photographer down to Lake Anna for amazing sunset photos. Close your perfect night in our beautiful barn where you can hold your reception in our 150+ person dining and dance hall with romantic lights!
